The AI Career Risk Check is a paid, single-use AI career risk report for individual adults, drawing on the same underlying report engine as Pekanga's school platform and Pekanga Advisor. It is a separate product from those two, and does not require a school code, an advisor account, or any ongoing subscription. Available as:
This page is a separate product from the Pekanga school platform, used by adults rather than students, so what we collect and why is different. When you use the AI Career Risk Check, we collect:
If you use the “resend” or “forward to a friend or advisor” option, we also process the recipient email address you provide, for the sole purpose of sending that copy.
Your quiz answers are used to generate your free result and, if purchased, your full report. Your email is used to deliver that report and send you a receipt. We only use your email for anything beyond that, such as occasional career tips or offers, if you've explicitly opted in at checkout. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

This page currently uses only essential cookies required for it to function. If we add analytics cookies in future, we'll ask your permission first via a consent banner before placing them.
Your report is generated using AI analysis of your quiz answers against public labour market and salary data. This is a functional process to give you information, not a profile or decision about you as a person, and it doesn't have any legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Your full report is digital content delivered to you immediately after payment. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you'd normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase, but that right doesn't apply once digital content delivery has begun with your consent, provided you've agreed to that at checkout. That's what the checkbox at the point of purchase confirms, so please read it before buying.
This doesn't affect your right to a refund or a regenerated report if your report fails to generate, arrives corrupted, or isn't delivered due to a fault on our side. Contact hello@pekanga.co.uk and we'll fix it or refund you. Because the report is generated and delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind after delivery.
Bundle purchases can be redeemed for up to three separate role assessments. Redemptions don't need to happen at the same time, use the link in your confirmation email to generate each additional report. Bundle credits are tied to the email address used at purchase and are not transferable to another person.
You agree to use the AI Career Risk Check only for lawful purposes and in a way that:
All content on the AI Career Risk Check, including the AI disruption risk framework, report templates, and platform design, is owned by or licensed to Pekanga Ltd. Your own generated report is yours to keep, download, print, and share, for example with a family member, employer, or careers advisor. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Pekanga's underlying content, templates, or platform access to third parties.
The AI Career Risk Check is for information purposes only. It is not regulated financial, legal, or careers advice, and is not a substitute for professional guidance. AI disruption ratings and salary data reflect current information and reasonable projections, not guarantees about your specific job, employer, or future.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The AI Career Risk Check is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you're under 18 and looking for career guidance, the main Pekanga platform, provided through your school, is the right place for you, not this product.
Pekanga reserves the right to modify or discontinue features of the AI Career Risk Check at any time. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. We may decline or refund a purchase where we reasonably suspect misuse of the acceptable use terms above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
